Discover your level of geospatial expertise and empower decision-making.
Why is this Important to Take?
This scorecard is important because it provides a structured and objective assessment of your organisation's geospatial data management practices. By identifying strengths and areas for improvement, it ensures that your practices align with industry standards and best practices. This alignment enhances data reliability, supports informed decision-making, and boosts overall operational efficiency. Additionally, the scorecard helps in adopting emerging trends and technologies, keeping your organisation competitive.

Alongside our packages Kick Start Web GIS (Level 1), Virtual GIS Professional (Level 2), and GIS Coach and Advanced Web GIS (Level 3), we can provide support to a limited number to create bespoke strategies and embed solutions across GIS, CAD, survey, and remote sensing, aligning technology with measurable outcomes.
Deliverables include an actionable roadmap, a high-level business case, and executive communication slides. How we might help:
"Define how GIS, CAD, survey, and remote sensing support AECOO and asset management goals, e.g. reducing project delays, improving maintenance planning, or extending asset life."
"Build a clear roadmap and business case, e.g. showing expected savings from better asset tracking, improved field-to-office data integration, or compliance with safety and sustainability standards."
"Prepare executive-ready slides, e.g. visuals highlighting infrastructure performance, technology impact on lifecycle costs, and implementation timelines."
As you can see from our past client we work with large scale with government departments, energy utilities, and transport operators, yet our approach fits businesses and organizations of any size, such as local authorise or asset management companies.

We provide specialized services in GeoBIM, delivering integration between GIS and 'BIM' / CAD at technical, process, discipline, and data levels. Our expertise ensures seamless connections between spatial and design environments, enabling more efficient workflows, accurate data exchange, and stronger collaboration across project teams. We help organizations align BIM and GIS for improved planning, design, construction, and asset management outcomes. We also help build Digital Twins.
Our services also cover the implementation of Common Data Environments (CDEs) - aligned to the ISO 19650 series, including Autodesk Construction Cloud and Esri’s ArcGIS GeoBIM. We deliver strategic planning, deployment, and training support for all major CDE platforms, ensuring effective adoption and long-term value.
In addition, we provide systems integration that connects platforms and disciplines into a unified digital ecosystem, streamlining information management and supporting data-driven decision making.

AI Readiness for AECOO and Geospatial Sectors
We help organizations in the AECOO and geospatial industries become AI ready by building understanding of the tools, data, and workflows that drive intelligent automation. From evaluating current processes to introducing practical AI solutions, we guide teams in adopting technologies that enhance design, planning, analysis, and decision-making.

We support your move from ArcMap (ArcGIS Desktop) to ArcGIS Pro, making the transition seamless and future-proof.
Why?
Esri has announced the full deprecation of ArcMap (ArcGIS Desktop), with the software entering Mature Support in March 2024 and reaching end of support on 01 March 2026. No new versions will be released beyond 10.8.x, and while existing licenses will continue to run, Esri will not provide new features or regular patches. Organisations are strongly encouraged to migrate to ArcGIS Pro as the supported and future-ready platform.

Turn complex asset data into actionable insights with location analytics

Use geospatial intelligence to guide investment and policy

Empower people to lead successful geospatial transformation
Struggling to trust your data?
Your asset information feels fragmented, inconsistent, or unreliable. We shape a data strategy aligned with geospatial standards so everything is structured, dependable, and ready to use across your organisation.
Too many systems, not enough clarity?
GIS, BIM, digital twins, and AI all promise value, but rarely connect. We unify your digital systems into a single source of truth, giving you one clear view to make confident, timely decisions.
No single record of your assets?
Without a central registry, managing and reporting on assets is slow and error-prone. We establish national or corporate asset registries that are scalable, trusted, and built for accountability from day one.
Adopt trusted frameworks
Different departments and partners work from different information, creating friction and risk. We help you adopt frameworks that keep data consistent, connected, and easy to maintain across your entire ecosystem.
Worried about security and compliance?
Stakeholders expect transparent, accountable systems—and regulators demand them. We deliver secure and auditable platforms that protect sensitive data while giving you the clarity and confidence you need.
Can’t see the bigger picture?
Complex datasets are hard to interpret and rarely provide actionable insights. We unlock location analytics that reveal patterns, risks, and opportunities—so you know not just what assets you have, but how to act on them.
Unsure if capital is working effectively?
Insurance and investment decisions often rely on incomplete or outdated data. We apply spatial finance to give you sharper insights into risk and capital use, so every financial choice is backed by evidence.
Struggling to demonstrate ESG performance?
Sustainability reporting can feel abstract and hard to validate. We bring geospatial evidence into your ESG reporting, making your commitments transparent, measurable, and trusted by stakeholders.
Need a clearer view of risk and resilience?
Shared natural resources and critical assets face growing pressures. We deliver assessments that map vulnerabilities and resilience, helping you plan investments and policies that protect value over the long term.
Unsure how to deliver biodiversity net gain?
Balancing development with nature can be complex. We use geospatial analysis to show where biodiversity gains can be achieved, guiding planning and investment decisions that meet regulations and create real impact.
Looking for practical nature-based solutions?
Ambitions tied to the UN SDGs often stall without clear direction. We design nature-based solutions grounded in geospatial data, helping you implement actions that are practical, measurable, and aligned with global goals.
Need decisions backed by a single, trusted view?
Policy and investment choices can be undermined by fragmented data and competing narratives. We integrate multiple datasets into one clear geospatial framework, giving you the confidence to act on a unified, evidence-based picture.
Need your teams to build the right skills?
Digital and geospatial training often feels disconnected from real work. We design learning experiences that link directly to outcomes, giving your people the confidence and capability to apply new skills where they matter most.
Struggling to get everyone aligned?
Transformation efforts stall when stakeholders don’t share the same goals. We help you engage people around a common purpose, making sure everyone understands not just what to do, but why it matters.
Unclear who should own what?
Change is hard to sustain without defined roles and responsibilities. We work with you to shape clear structures and build capacity, so progress doesn’t disappear when projects end.
Want geospatial thinking to stick?
A culture of “projects only” limits lasting change. We help you embed geospatial culture across your organisation - connecting people, place, and purpose - so it becomes part of how you work every day.
How do you turn purpose into action?
Communities and teams often struggle to translate ambition into results. We provide the tools, processes, and frameworks that enable people to deliver measurable impact, not just plans.
Need transformation that lasts?
One-off initiatives rarely deliver long-term value. We guide you through a repeatable process that empowers people, strengthens organisations, and ensures geospatial transformation endures well beyond the first project.

We help clients improve infrastructure and property asset management, as well as projects, using geospatial insight and digital tools. Through GIS, location intelligence, digital twins, AI and systems thinking, we enable better decisions and deliver real-world outcomes.
